Another great infographic. I use to use groupon for deals, however, the last time I used one was almost 2 years ago. They lost a lot of credibility much like ebay several years ago with lots of fake sellers and items and scams.
I am sure that Livingsocial and others are using this as great leverage. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be first (speaking from an IPO perspective).
