As far as popular company's I'd say Sony has been going down the gutters.

I definitely agree with the Sony nomination.
I think there are several others in the running:
HP - for their lets sell off our computer business, jk, but we will kill webOS, jk....
RIMM / Blackberry - for not keeping up with the times and innovating (yes I know it is Canadian)
Netflix - for their Qwikster or, rather no Qwikster ploy after splitting mail rentals with streaming....
